This policy describes what QRVolt collects, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
- Account data: email, display name, plan.
- QR codes: short codes, destination URLs, colors, optional logos you upload.
- Scan analytics: timestamp, country (derived from IP), referrer, user agent. We don't store raw IP addresses with scans.
- Payment data: handled by Stripe. We store only the subscription status, plan, and Stripe customer ID.
How we use it
- To operate QR redirects and your dashboard.
- To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse.
- To send essential service emails (signup verification, billing).
Sharing
We don't sell your data. We share only with processors needed to run the service: hosting (Lovable Cloud), payments (Stripe), and email delivery.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising cookies.
Your rights
You can export, correct, or delete your data anytime via our contact form.
Retention
Account and code data are kept while your account is active. Scan events are retained for 24 months. Deleting a QR code deletes its scans.
